Ashley McCaskill is a bankruptcy case administrator and paralegal who provides ongoing communication with clients and other parties to include attorneys, creditors, debtors, trustees and court personnel.  She also assists with drafting and filing documents required for the bankruptcy process.   

Ashley earned her B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University with a major in criminal justice. She also earned her paralegal certificate from University of Massachusetts Lowell.  She has worked in the legal field for six years.  Prior to joining the Stuart Law Firm, LLC in 2015, Ashley has worked as an Estate Planning and Family Law paralegal. Ashley is also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, family, friends and her dog Ju-Elz.
